Black Lives Don't Matter To This Goon! (Man Kills Dude Over High Beams On His Way To Kill Someone Else)

Broward Sheriff's Office detectives have arrested a Pompano Beach man suspected in two fatal shootings that occurred less than an hour apart Friday night. Clarck Paul, 28, was arrested on multiple charges, including murder. BSO spokeswoman Joy Oglesby said Paul is a suspect in the fatal shootings of Carlos Senluis, 25, of Deerfield Beach, and Lamont Smalls, 22, of Lauderdale Lakes. Oglesby said Senluis was driving on Southwest 11th Avenue when he was shot about 10:30 p.m. after an unprovoked exchange between him and Paul. Detectives believe Paul was angry that the headlights from Senluis' car had flashed into his eyes while he was driving. Less than an hour later, shortly after 11 p.m., Smalls was shot as he sat outside his home on Northwest 30th Terrace. Oglesby said Smalls was a witness in an ongoing attempted homicide investigation in which Paul is a person of interest. Senluis was taken to Broward Health North, where he later died, and Smalls was pronounced dead at Broward Health Medical Center. A Crowdrise has been set up. Gabriel Severino, who was a passenger in Senluis' car, wasn't hurt. Paul was being held without bond at the main Broward County jail.
