Cop Punches & Savagely Drags Evil Blonde Haired White Lady

A cellphone video has surfaced showing a Providence police officer punching and dragging a woman as he complained "everyone's recording me like an animal." The officer used "multiple strikes, wrestling and pressure points" to control the woman, according to a police report regarding the May 23 incident. The cop had approached Carolinmar Torres after observing her breaking glass items on her porch, according to the report obtained by NBC 10. Torres responded by attempting to strike the officer's face with an open hand. As Torres became more combative, according to the report, another woman jumped on the back of the officer. The officer was able to separate himself from the second woman and "began pulling Torres down the stairs" of the porch. The police report paints a tumultuous scene with several people trying to interfere with the officers. "If you don't live here, get the (expletive) out," one officer yells, according to NBC 10. "Right now!" At one point the officer who punched and dragged Torres can be heard on the video saying someone "bit through my skin, punched me in the head, and everyone's recording me like an animal." Torres was charged with felony assault on a police officer, and two others were also charged after the incident. City officials want an investigation to make sure officers did not use excessive force. "After seeing the video, I believe this matter warrants immediate review," Mayor Jorge Elorza told NBC 10. "I have directed my public safety commissioner and chief of police to fully investigate this incident." Public Safety Commissioner Steven Pare told NBC 10 that he has directed Providence Police Command Staff to review the matter. After watching the video, Providence NAACP president Jim Vincent said while it's clear it was a tough situation, it's hard to believe there wasn't a better way to subdue Torres
