Hell Nah: Kroger Celebrates Black History Month With A Hot Sauce & Kidney Beans Display!

One of our viewers just sent us this footage she took while out grocery shopping at Kroger Grocery store in Cincinnati, Ohio (Marimont). They had a display up for Black History Month. Although this is a blatant stereotype FYI: Kidney beans are a very good source of cholesterol-lowering fiber. In addition to lowering cholesterol, kidney beans' high fiber content prevents blood sugar levels from rising too rapidly after a meal, making these beans an especially good choice for individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance or hypoglycemia.
