DXC (DunkXChange) NYC 2012 Recap

The 2012 Dunkxchange (DXC) hosted it's largest annual event in New York at the Chelsea Piers. The event, which was hosted by DJ Jacktheripper attracted over 3,000 people who came for the latest in fashion, art, music and sneakers. The event also serves as a buying grounds for sneaker heads seeking to get their hands on exclusive kicks. Despite the warm 80 degree weather, DXC remained the cool place to be on Sunday, May 20th with special apperances from Vado, Vinny Chase, Fred the Godson and Superbowl XLVI champion Victor Cruz. "One hightlight of the event was Fred the Godson's Performance," said DJ ET, who attended the event in a KREEMO tee and a pair of air classic SBs. "With a perfect scenario and backdrop of the chelsea piers, his stage presence boosted the aura of the entire venue," he added. From its inception in 2005, the Dunkxchange has been hosting events all around the globe from Vancouver to New Zeland. "Starting with one, this group of young entrepreneurs developed the brand and keyed in on their niche market," DJ ET said. "Learning from past events they have been improving ever since. With A clear brand image and great vision, DXC is bound to monopolize their market at this pace. We salute to you guys."
