Brian Daly held back tears during an interview because he has no idea how he will get around without his motorized wheelchair. Someone stole the chair Thursday night. Brian had left it outside of St. James Church on Gerrisen Avenue where he was attending a weekly meeting. The 32-year-old Brooklyn man has cerebral palsy. He uses the wheelchair to get to the church meetings just five blocks away from his house. But that's not all; the chair was his life line, his independence.
