An Ohio store owner shot and wounded a would-be robber Wednesday night. Officers were called to the C&D Drive Thru in College Hill shortly before 11 p.m. after two men tried to rob the store. Store owner Wesley Han said that the clerk tried to walk out the door as the men grabbed cash from the register, but one of the men fired a shot at him. Han said he approached the robbers from behind a row of chips and told them to freeze. Police said one of the would-be robbers, Michael Ozier, 25, turned and fired at Han, who returned fire and hit Ozier at least twice as he fled the store. Ozier was found a short distance away after a 911 caller said there was a man laying in his yard. Police said Ozier had wounds to his chest, abdomen, right arm and right leg. Han was not injured, police said. The other would-be robber, Zachary Herzog, 26, was captured after Han forced him to the floor, then sat on him until police arrived.
