Chicago Cops Drops Off Gang Member In Rival Gang Territory! [Caught On Tape]

n the footage, the doors of a Chicago Police Department vehicle are open and a young man in the back seat is shielding his face from view as a group of onlookers are shouting insults and throwing up apparent gang signs to the camera. At least two officers are in view, and at one point it appears that one officer says to a camera holder to "Get a close-up". The specific circumstances surrounding the video are unclear, but historically there have been unconfirmed reports that Chicago police have intentionally dropped off youth in rival gang territory. Late Tuesday, the Chicago Police Department indicated that they'd received a complaint about the incident.
