The 17-year-old rapper is no stranger to criticism, but it seems he just couldn t deal with Katy Perry s distaste for one of his songs. On Wednesday, the 28-year-old pop star tweeted, "Just heard a new song on the radio called I hate being sober I now have serious doubt for the world." Days after Perry dissed the song, the rapper responded with some choice words. After Keef threatened to assault the pop star, he then threatened to take things to the studio and record a new track aimed at Perry.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A narcotics officer and 23-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department is in custody today, charged with making a false arrest and robbing the target. Federal authorities allege that officer Jeffrey Walker planted drugs in the target s car, then led an arrest of the individual, stole a house key, and then went to the target s home with a cooperating witness and stole approximately $15,000. He was arrested leaving the house, and an FBI agent says in a criminal complaint that Walker has confessed. John McNesby, president of the union representing Philadelphia police, says he s been told that Walker was caught pretty much red-handed, and it brings a cloud over all officers. A local basketball standout has been arrested and transported to Fulton County, Ga., where he faces a several charges, including murder, for his involvement in the death of a rapper known as Lil Phat. Decensae White, 25, who just finished his senior season at San Francisco State University, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on April 24 in Pacifica and held at San Mateo County jail until his extradition hearing on May 13. He was booked on May 17 and is set to appear in court in Fulton County on May 31, according to a Fulton County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson. White is among a group of five who were all indicted on charges of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, criminal participation in gang activity and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, according to Fulton County District Attorney public affairs director Yvette Jones. The warrant was issued by the city of Sandy Springs, located just north of Atlanta. Lil Phat, whose real name is Melvin Vernell III, was found shot dead outside of a hospital on June 7, 2012, where he was visiting his girlfriend who was preparing to give birth, according to Sandy Springs police spokesman Capt. Steve Rose.
